Shipping Information

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been handcrafted and carefully packaged, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Free on orders over $50.
• Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
• International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our reach!

Order Inquiries

If you placed a custom order or submitted an inquiry through our homepage, a representative will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm shipping costs and finalize your payment details before processing your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our handmade skincare and haircare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If your product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kemsnatural.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
